1. When the New Orleans Voodoo score 5 touchdowns in any scheduled home game; 5-Minute Oil Change will offer every fan in attendance a $10 discount toward any of our Full Service Regular Priced Oil Change services. Here's how you score!
2. Bring your New Orleans Voodoo ticket stub to any Take 5/5-Minute Oil Change location by the close of business the 5th business day following the subject game.
3. The applicable ticket stub must be presented at the time of the service and rendered to your 5-Minute Oil Change Technician.
4. There will be a limit of one oil change per ticket stub.
5. All locations will be open on Wednesdays from 7:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M., allowing maximum opportunity for you, our valued customer.
6. 5-Minute Oil Change will not honor any duplication of coupons under any circumstances and your Voodoo Double Value Day promotional allowance will be deducted from our posted Full Service Menu only.
7. Your ticket stub makes you eligible to win valuable Voodoo autographed footballs, hats and t-shirts. Be sure to record your name and contact number on your ticket stub. Winners will be posted on the 5-Minute Web Site (www.5minuteoilchange.com) at the conclusion of the current season. Winners will be contacted at the telephone number provided.
